How to copy page setup properties from one sheet to another
1.open the worksheet that contains the correct settings
2.click on file,page setup,click on OK
3.open the worksheet you want to copy these settings to
4.click on edit,repeat page setup(or press Ctrl Y)
舉例：某一工作簿的表2需要復(fù)制表1的”頁(yè)面設(shè)置“，執(zhí)行以下步驟
1。將表1變?yōu)楫?dāng)前工作表
2。按”文件“-”頁(yè)面設(shè)置“中的”確定“
3。將表2變?yōu)楫?dāng)前工作表
4。按”編輯“-”重復(fù)頁(yè)面設(shè)置“（或按Ctrl Y)
注：如果不執(zhí)行第1、2步，則菜單如圖
